Mark Cullen is an internet marketing specialist and one of the founding and former directors of iknow-uk Ltd. Mark lives in the North West with his wife Rachel.

In 1999 Mark identified the significant potential of search marketing as a way to efficiently promote businesses and services. By adding C++, XHTML and CSS skills to his existing Geography BSc (Hons) degree and Social Work diploma (DipSW), Mark was able to create user friendly, innovative and market focused websites that achieved top search positions based on their quality.

Business success followed when he teamed up with Marcus Simmons and they created several ventures together, including iknow-uk Ltd.

Mark was responsible for the search engine strategy and performance of the iknow-uk directories. The outstanding search results secured iknow-uk's competitive advantage and the company uses many of the search engine optimisation (SEO) techniques.

Now an external advisor to the management team, Mark continues to contribute to iknow-uk's success. He also owns Internet Ltd which develops and runs websites for clients and his own interests.
